Going to have a go at a Duvel clone with a mate tonight,
( Pilsner & Wheat DME, saaz for boiling, Goldings for finishing. )
While its boiling and cooling were going to drink at least four small duvels for the yeast. ( hardest part...)
probably need a bit of extra sugar for guts.. any suggestions ?
got a safbrew T-58 sachet of dry yeast just in case the bottled yeast doesnt take.
Going to put in a 30L keg and let condition for as long as our weak will allows, first time we've brewed this one.. Anyone got tips ?
